Home & Smart: the connected home

This section gathers the devices that make a home easier to run — from vacuum cleaners to internet-connected equipment. For entertainment, see televisions; for sound, audio.

Because the purchase is made from the operator, these devices run on the same internet network Moldtelecom provides, and payment can go onto the same bill as your subscription.

What to look at

• The connection — smart devices depend on stable Wi-Fi throughout the house; a weak router limits everything attached to it.
• The control app — check which operating system it supports before buying.
• Power — some run on batteries, others need a permanent socket; it matters at installation.

What internet do I need for smart devices?

Coverage matters more than speed: a device far from the router will drop out even on a fast plan. If parts of the house have no signal, a better router or an extra access point solves more than a higher speed does.

Can I buy in instalments?

Yes, in monthly instalments over 24 months. The monthly figure appears on each product page next to the full price.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free anywhere in Moldova and takes between 1 and 4 working days, whatever the size of the product.
