Kivi 43U730QB TV | 4K with Google TV and four HDMI 2.1 ports
The Kivi 43U730QB is a 43-inch (109 cm) 4K Ultra HD TV, launched in 2024, with the Google TV system. The screen size suits a bedroom or a small living room, where you sit a few steps from the screen. It has four HDMI 2.1 ports, 24 W stereo sound with Dolby Audio and Sound by JVC, and in the box you will find the voice remote and its batteries.
Four HDMI and game mode
The four HDMI 2.1 ports keep the set-top box, console, a player and a soundbar connected, the soundbar going on port 1, the one with ARC/eARC. For gaming you have Game Mode and ALLM, which automatically switches the TV to low-latency mode when you turn on the console, and input lag stays below 15 ms. The model does not have VRR. You also get two USB 2.0 ports, an optical audio output and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
4K picture: 350 cd/m², HDR10 and HLG
The HVA panel with Direct LED backlighting displays 3840 x 2160 pixels at 60 Hz, with a brightness of 350 cd/m² and a static contrast of 5000:1. The 8-bit + FRC colour depth reproduces 1.07 billion shades, and HDR10 and HLG support covers films and broadcasts in HDR format. On 43 inches, the density of 102 ppi gives you a fine picture even if you sit closer to the screen.
Google TV, Chromecast and digital tuner
The operating system is Google TV (Android 11): you install streaming apps directly on the TV, and with the voice remote you search for a film or channel by saying its name. With Chromecast built-in you move a video started on your phone to the big screen. For traditional television you have a DVB-T2 and DVB-C tuner, meaning signal via an aerial or the cable network, plus HbbTV. You connect to the internet via dual-band Wi-Fi 5 or by cable, at the RJ-45 port, and Bluetooth 5.1 completes the wireless connections.
