MCamera Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the MCamera mobile application created by Moldtelecom as a free service. This service is provided "as is".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- your device IP address;
- the pages of the Application that you visit, the date and time of your visit, and the time spent on those pages;
- the time spent in the Application;
- the operating system used on your mobile device.
The Application collects your device location, which helps Moldtelecom determine your approximate geographical location and use it in the ways below:
- Geolocation Services: location data is used to provide personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-based services.
- Analytics and Improvements: aggregated and anonymized location data helps analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application.
- Third-Party Services: from time to time, anonymized location data may be shared with external services to improve the Application and optimize the services offered.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or deliver functionality.
Moldtelecom may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
For a better experience while using the Application, Moldtelecom may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to the user ID (userid). The information requested will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third-Party Access
Only aggregated and anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application and the service provided. Moldtelecom may share your information with third parties as described in this privacy statement.
The Application uses third-party services that maintain their own privacy policies regarding data handling:

- with trusted service providers acting on its behalf who have agreed to follow the rules set out in this privacy policy.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device, through the mobile application marketplace, or through the network via which the Application was distributed.
Data Retention Policy
Moldtelecom will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like user-provided data to be deleted, please contact my@moldtelecom.md, and a response will be provided within a reasonable time.
Children
Moldtelecom does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, that information will be deleted from the servers immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact us at my@moldtelecom.md.
Security
Moldtelecom is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and applies physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and stores.
Changes
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. Any changes will be posted by updating this page, and your continued use of the Application is considered acceptance of all changes.
