The phone runs Xiaomi HyperOS 3 with Circle to Search, Google Gemini and AI tools such as AI Erase Pro, AI Glare Removal and AI Image Expansion.

50 MP camera with optical stabilisation

The 50 MP main camera has an f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilisation, which keeps night shots and video on the move steadier. The 8 MP ultra-wide camera fits more into the frame, and the front camera has 16 MP. Video is recorded in 1080p at 30 fps, and the modes include Portrait, Pro, Panorama and an underwater mode.

8340 mAh silicon-carbon battery

The silicon-carbon battery has a typical capacity of 8340 mAh and charges at 67 W with HyperCharge, with PD3.0 support. The phone can also charge other devices over a cable at 22.5 W, for example earbuds or a watch.

IP66 / IP68, 5G and eSIM

The body is rated IP66 and IP68: Xiaomi lab-tested it submerged in fresh water down to 2 m for 72 hours, but does not recommend taking it to the beach or the pool. The phone works on 5G, takes two nano-SIM cards or one nano-SIM and an eSIM, and has NFC, Bluetooth 5.1 and an infrared blaster. The dual speakers support Dolby Atmos. It measures 163.45 x 78.27 x 8.6 mm and weighs 223 g.
