Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 12GB / 512GB / Black

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra phone | 200 MP camera, 6.9-inch screen and S Pen

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is the top of the S25 generation: a 6.9-inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X screen with 3120 x 1440 resolution, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 for Galaxy processor and a four-camera system led by a 200 MP sensor. It is the phone for anyone who wants the most complete camera in the Samsung range and a screen the size of a small tablet.

6.9-inch screen with LTPO from 1 to 120 Hz

A resolution of 3120 x 1440 pixels on a 6.9-inch diagonal gives a very high pixel density — crisp text and clear detail in games or when watching films. LTPO technology lowers the refresh rate to 1 Hz on static content and raises it to 120 Hz when scrolling, saving energy without sacrificing smoothness. Protection is Gorilla Glass Armor 2.

Four cameras, with a 200 MP main sensor

The camera system combines 200 MP + 50 MP + 50 MP + 10 MP — a setup covering ultra-wide, standard angle and two steps of optical zoom. The 200 MP resolution allows aggressive cropping without losing detail, and the front camera is 12 MP. Video records at up to 8K at 30 fps or 4K at 120 fps for slow motion.

Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 for Galaxy and 12 GB RAM

The Galaxy-optimised version of Snapdragon, with an octa-core processor and 12 GB of RAM, handles games at maximum detail, video editing on the phone and multitasking with several windows. The 256 GB of storage leaves room for high-resolution footage.

5000 mAh, IP68 and ultrasonic unlocking

The 5000 mAh battery sustains a full day of heavy use, with 45 W wired charging and wireless charging. IP68 certification covers dust and immersion in water, and unlocking is by an ultrasonic under-display fingerprint sensor or face recognition.
