6.7-inch Super AMOLED display
The screen measures 6.7 inches with FHD+ 2340 x 1080 resolution and a 90 Hz refresh rate, so scrolling is smoother than at 60 Hz. Super AMOLED gives deep blacks and vivid colours, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protects the front against scratches.
6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage
The processor has eight cores, and 6 GB of RAM keeps more apps open in the background than the 4 GB version. The 128 GB can be expanded with a microSD card of up to 2 TB in the hybrid slot, in place of the second SIM.
Three rear cameras
The 50 MP (f/1.8) main camera has autofocus and optical image stabilisation (OIS), which helps with night shots and video. Next to it are a 5 MP ultra-wide and a 2 MP macro camera. The front camera has 13 MP, and video is recorded in Full HD at 30 frames per second.
5000 mAh battery
The 5000 mAh battery supports 25 W fast charging over USB Type-C; no adapter is included in the box. Samsung quotes up to 18 hours of video playback.
Updates, connectivity and size
Samsung promises six major Android upgrades and six years of security updates. The phone has Dual SIM, NFC, 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.3; wired headphones connect over USB Type-C, as there is no 3.5 mm jack. It unlocks with the fingerprint sensor in the side key or by face recognition and measures 164.4 x 77.9 x 7.5 mm.
