Poco C85 phone | Large 6.9-inch display, 6000 mAh battery and 256 GB storage

Poco C85 is the budget phone for anyone who puts battery life and a big screen first. It has a 6.9-inch display with up to 120 Hz, a generous 6000 mAh battery, 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage — a combination that is hard to find at this price level.

6.9-inch display with up to 120 Hz

The 6.9-inch diagonal is among the largest in the budget segment and suits films, clips and reading. The resolution is 1600 x 720 pixels, and the refresh rate goes up to 120 Hz, which makes scrolling through menus and social media smoother than on ordinary phones in the same category.

6000 mAh battery for two days

The 6000 mAh battery is the main reason to choose this model: with normal use it easily lasts more than a day, and with moderate use it approaches two days without a socket. 33 W charging is fast for the budget segment and gets your phone out of a tight spot in a short time.

8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage

The MediaTek Helio G81-Ultra processor, with eight cores at up to 2.0 GHz, handles calls, messaging, browsing, YouTube and casual games. The 8 GB of RAM helps when switching between apps, and 256 GB of storage is unusually generous for an affordable phone — you can keep years of photos without having to clear space.

50 MP camera and fast unlocking

The 50 MP main camera captures enough detail for everyday photos and documents, while the 8 MP front camera covers video calls. Video is recorded in 1080p at 30 fps. Unlocking is quick, via a side-mounted fingerprint sensor or facial recognition.

Întrebări frecvente

How long does the Poco C85 battery last?

The battery holds 6000 mAh, one of the largest in the budget segment, normally enough for two days of moderate use. Fast charging is 33 W over the USB Type-C port. The model does not support wireless charging, and the phone weighs 205 g, a direct consequence of that generous battery.

What display does the Poco C85 have?

It has a 6.9-inch display with a 1600 x 720 resolution and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The large diagonal suits films and reading, and the 120 Hz keeps scrolling smooth, which is rare at this price. The resolution stays HD+, so the image is not as fine as on a Full HD panel.

What processor does the Poco C85 use?

It runs the MediaTek Helio G81-Ultra, an octa-core chip with Cortex-A75 and Cortex-A55 cores up to 2.0 GHz, plus a Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. There is 8 GB of RAM, generous for this price bracket. It is built for everyday use, messaging apps and light gaming rather than demanding 3D titles.

What cameras does the Poco C85 have and does it support NFC?

The main camera is 50 MP alongside an auxiliary module, and the front camera is 8 MP. Video records at 1080p or 720p, at 30 fps. Yes, the phone has NFC, so it can be used for contactless payments, and unlocking works through the side fingerprint sensor or face recognition.
