The Apple iPhone Air in Cloud White has 512 GB of storage. The phone is 5.64 mm thick and weighs 165 g, with a 6.5-inch screen, the A19 Pro chip and a titanium frame. It works with eSIM only.

6.5-inch Super Retina XDR display

The OLED screen measures 6.5 inches, with 2736 x 1260 pixels at 460 ppi. ProMotion adapts the refresh rate up to 120 Hz, and the Always-On display keeps the time and notifications visible on the lock screen. Brightness reaches 1000 nits typical, 1600 nits for HDR and 3000 nits outdoors. The front is covered by Ceramic Shield 2.

A19 Pro chip and 512 GB of storage

The A19 Pro has a 6-core CPU (2 performance and 4 efficiency cores), a 5-core GPU and a 16-core Neural Engine. 512 GB leaves room for a large photo library, downloaded films and 4K clips kept on the phone. Storage cannot be expanded with a card, so it is worth choosing the capacity from the start.

48 MP Fusion camera and 18 MP front camera

The back has a single 48 MP Fusion camera with sensor-shift stabilisation and a 12 MP 2x optical-quality zoom. It films up to 4K at 60 frames per second in Dolby Vision. The 18 MP Center Stage front camera widens the frame on its own when more people join a selfie or a call.

Battery life and charging

Apple quotes up to 27 hours of video playback. The battery reaches 50% in about 30 minutes with a 20 W or higher USB-C adapter, or with the MagSafe Charger and an adapter of at least 30 W. MagSafe and Qi2 charge wirelessly at up to 20 W. The box holds a USB-C cable and no adapter.

eSIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 7 and IP68

The iPhone Air has no physical SIM slot and uses two active eSIMs. The Apple C1X modem handles 5G, and the Apple N1 chip brings Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6 and Thread. The phone is rated IP68 (up to 6 metres for 30 minutes) and measures 156.2 x 74.7 x 5.64 mm.
