Mibro Kids Watch Phone Z5 4G / Blue

Mibro Kids Watch Phone Z5 kids smartwatch | Two cameras, SOS and location

The Mibro Kids Watch Phone Z5 is a 4G watch phone for children aged 6–12. It runs on its own nano SIM, makes and takes voice and video calls, and you see where your child is in the Mibro Kids app on Android or iPhone. This page shows the Blue version: a blue frame and a dark strap.

Two cameras for video calls

The watch has two 2 MP cameras: one above the screen and one on the side. During a video call you can switch between them to see your child or what is around them. The 1.69-inch colour TFT screen has 240 x 280 pixels.

Location and zone alerts

Position comes from GPS, GLONASS, LBS, Wi-Fi and the motion sensor. In the app you set safe zones such as home or school and danger zones such as a lake, and you are notified when your child enters or leaves them. There is also an alert when the watch leaves the city, and route history is kept for 90 days.

SOS and approved contacts

When your child holds the power button, the watch sends an SOS signal to the parents together with the current location. The call and SMS whitelist lets only the contacts you add reach the watch. Your child can also write in the family chat or send voice messages to friends who have a Mibro watch.

Class Mode and activity

Class Mode blocks distractions during the scheduled hours so lessons are not interrupted. The watch has five sport modes (running, jump rope, cycling, walking and sit-ups), a step counter, an alarm, a flashlight and the weather.

Battery and water

The 900 mAh battery lasts up to 5 days according to the maker; video calls and frequent location updates shorten that. It charges magnetically. Water resistance is 2 ATM: fine for light everyday splashes, not for showering, swimming or diving. The case measures 56.9 x 43.6 x 15.6 mm and the watch weighs 59 g with the strap.
