The Lagenio K10 AI 4G is a kids watch that runs on its own nano SIM on 2G, 3G and 4G networks. Your child can call you by voice or video and has an SOS button, and you see where they are in the LAGENIO app on iOS or Android. This page shows the Blue version, with a blue case and strap. The maker recommends it for ages 5–12.

Calls only with people you approve

The watch makes voice and video calls over 4G, and Nio Call can also call over Wi-Fi or mobile data. Your child can send voice messages to the family from the chat on the watch. In the app you decide who can reach them: up to 15 contacts, 3 of them for emergencies, and calls from unknown numbers can be blocked. The 0.3 MP camera is used for video calls and photos.

Location and safe zone

Position comes from GPS, A-GPS, Wi-Fi, LBS (the mobile network) and the accelerometer. Outdoors with a clear sky GPS is the most accurate; indoors the watch uses the other methods. The app shows the current location and the route taken, and you can set a safe zone. Location updates while the watch is on and has signal.

SOS button and Class Mode

Holding the function button for 5 seconds starts an emergency call to the contacts you have set. Class Mode restricts calls, messages and other functions during the scheduled hours, while location stays on. There is also a class timetable, an alarm, a stopwatch and a step counter.

What the "AI" in the name means

The watch has the Nio AI assistant: your child asks questions on the watch and gets answers that help with learning. The K10 has no app store, browser, games, WhatsApp or social media, so it stays a watch for staying in touch and staying safe.

Screen, battery and water

The 1.8-inch colour touchscreen has 240 x 296 pixels. The 950 mAh battery lasts around 3 days on average with typical use; video calls, frequent GPS updates and weak signal shorten that. It charges magnetically. IP68 means rain, splashes and hand washing are fine, but the maker advises taking it off for showers, baths, swimming and the sea. Size: 52.7 x 41.1 x 14.1 mm.
