Phone cases

A case is the first accessory bought after the phone, and the one that decides whether a drop onto pavement means a scratch or a repair. Choose it together with a screen protector: the case protects the corners and back, the glass protects the screen.

Because the operator is the seller, it can be added to the same order as the phone, and returns are handled in a Moldtelecom shop.

Which type of case to choose

• Silicone or TPU — slim, grippy in the hand, absorbs small knocks. The most common everyday choice.
• Rigid with a frame — better corner protection, and a corner impact is the most common way a screen cracks.
• Folio — also covers the screen while the phone is in a pocket, with room for a card.

A raised lip around the camera matters more than the material: it stops the lens touching the table when the phone lies face up.

How do I know which case fits my phone?

Cases are made for a specific model, not a whole series. Compare the full name in the case's specifications with your phone's, including any Pro, Plus or Ultra suffix — camera cut-outs differ even between models of the same generation.

Does a case affect wireless charging?

Slim silicone and plastic cases do not interfere. Very thick ones, those with a metal plate for a magnetic car mount, or those holding a card can reduce or block wireless charging. If you charge wirelessly, check for the note in the specifications.

Can I return a case?
